Big Chinese sponsor for the olympics – you suck airbnb
I really wish the pandemic had closed Mr Chesky's shameful business. Sadly it hasn't. It should not be possible to convert private homes in residential roads into travel lodges, at least without local or central government restrictions. In the UK, Airbnb is a free for all. I live next door to an Airbnb (a 3 bedroom house). It is awful
Up 44% based on the number of airbnb's available? Didn't a huge number of people stop renting their place?
Recently, I had paid near to 3 star hotel and lived in a space which was near to trash can
I hate airbnb
Dangerous to stay in Airbnb. Boutique hotels are still far better and safer
Dont be fooled again. He did a lot of wrong prediction for almost 2 years. So many homeowners and communities are complaining about Airbnb, many hosts are laving. I hope they can find solution to fix their bad forecast and business
A hotel that can cancel on you a week before check in, travel will never be the same, it's a bigger pain in the ass now. Go fuck yourself
Brian's company looks like a dead fish to me.
Their fee structure is not one that is reimbursable for certain types of travel. So that sucks.
It's a great idea but the more this business expands the worse the impact will be on neighbourhoods. There should be a limit on the number of Airbnb rentals allowed in any neighbourhood.
I'm so glad this guy has provided a service allowing property owners to not only remove their properties from the rental market and whore them out to tourists, sending property values skyrocketing due to income potential, but to create entire companies devoted to only short term rentals and literal zoning laws excluding permanent residents from upcoming housing developments in towns already completely desperate for affordable housing. thank you so much Brian, you're a credit to humanity.
yes the world is different now and people don't like airbnb
Ask him why AIRBNB have just 1 star review on their properties and to be a super host we have to keep more than 4.8 stars using their services. They are durty.
he's a sketchy looking dude
if you aren't going to have face time with your boss, you won't get the promotion, plus, you will be the first one to be replaced by someone out there working remotely at half price. he didn't mention it, but its not his job to do so.
Airbnb is a joke. Hosts think they can whack up their prices just because it's Airbnb! There are many other sites that offer the same model at a cheaper rate.
aribnb is rubbish, no customer service, cheating consumers, no complaints, a bunch of bloodthirsty wolves on Wall Street.
companies will hire cheap foreign labour easy now, airbnb is wrong badly here and also airbnb has destroyed too many commuities too and towns
Travel has not changed forever. The ability of wealthy members of capitalist western nations to work remotely while deploying their capital to keep the global working class tethered to the actual means of production is simply being realized at mass scale. Now more than ever are the inequalities of a globalized economy are punishingly clear.
I'll stay where I am in Australia and saved up my money for another year or two for a place of my own. Not gonna risk getting lock out of Australia by traveling to countries still struggling with covid.
Airbnb in China sucks, be aware , it’s A hoax, I paid full rent in advance for two weeks in June 2021, the host arranged an agent to show me the room , agent never showed up . Call Airbnb no answer. Text messages back-and-forth for three month ,refuse to refund my money , different Indian customer service agents been Changed several times. No refund at all for two weeks rent paid. DO NOT USE Airbnb IN CHINA.
Interesting but the app needs work
Very interesting points but, weirdly enough, I feel he comes across as strange and somewhat annoying. Does anyone got the same vibe? Maybe the tone of voice or sth? I felt like I wanted to shut down the video from beginning to end.
