Over the past few years I’ve found myself averaging anywhere from 2-4 flights a month. That’s more than the typical American. I am lucky that I get to create my own schedule, and skip off to a new adventure whenever I please- here are the 10 travel mistakes that I’ve made so that you are aware of them and don’t make them. Some of these are rookie travel mistakes that may seem obvious, and some of these are more personal to my perspective on traveling and how to have a fulfilling trip. I hope these help you in your travels!

My Millennial Life Crisis was started 3 years ago when I was stuck in a rut creatively, career wise, and personally. I just got to Nashville after taking two flights to get here. I got the email about checking in early thinking, “I don’t see why people check in early? I’ll wait to get the airport and just check in”….guess where I sat. In the middle on both flights, so now I know. Definitely won’t make that mistake again!

As for me, my number 1 travel mistake I should be not doing will be not using my Nomad Lane Bento Bag as my travel bag, for it will just give me so much hassle if I don't use it. This bag I am using is such a cutie, and looks so cool, not just that, it really is cool for its features!

Forgetting my credit card, phone, (on a different trip) my unique charger, swim suit, adapter, handbag, taking wrong passport to the airport, forgetting my car is at the train station and getting a taxi home! 😩 Mobile data cuts down the amount of research needed prior to travelling these days.
I wouldn't travel to another country just to see or visit a parliament house.
I hope i travel as tourist like you cheers

The back of the plane is th safest spot during an emergency. I will always choose the back of the plane, and if I know the plane is not going to crash, I will choose a window seat.

Top travel tips you dont mention 1. Dont arrive at the airport too early, i ended up getting absolutely faced in the bar and lost my passport, resulting in a world of pain and chaos. 2, When travelling through African airports, put all your dirty underwear and socks on the top inside your luggage bag so when the corrupt Africal airport official opens your bag up looking for goods to steal and confiscate he instantly closes the bag. Africans dont like digging through dirty underwear and stinking socks. 3, Always try and arrive at your destination in daylight hours, once the sun goes down some places become like the wild west.
